Products & Systems

SG provides innovative, pure water solutions to all of your water purification needs from laboratory "Point-of-Use" units to "Central Systems" feeding multiple use points. Our products meet ASTM water quality specifications. Applications based design parameters and functions are integrated into each system with the user in mind. Our systems incorporate the highest quality components and are designed for continuous operation. They are easy to use and maintain. Designs are available to meet USP, NCCLS and WFI standards. We also have experience in cGMP compliance and USGBE water reclamation.

Laboratory Point-of-Use Products

Systems are designed for a wide variety of laboratory applications that require Type 1 (18 meg-ohm cm) purified water including GC/MS, HPLC, tissue culture and DNA sequencing. Tap water feed systems are also available for labs that do not have a source of reverse osmosis (RO) water. Technologies used include deionization, ultraviolet, ultra-filtration and TOC monitoring.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Small R/O Systems
Small reverse osmosis based systems with requirements for water purification from a municipal water feed. Applications include general chemistry, buffer preparation, feed for laboratory washing machines and autoclaves. Analyzer feed systems with deionization provide water for chemistry analyzers.

Large RO/DI Systems
Larger high performance RO/DI system designs are available to meet many industry requirements. With integrated controls and RS232 interface capability, these custom turn-key central water purification systems include distribution pumps for multiple feed points. Standard options include skid mounting with pre and post treatment for optimal performance. Systems may incorporate water softeners and de-chlorination for optimal performance and longevity. Typical design areas include multiple floor laboratories, hospital sterile processing, semiconductor fabs and bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Our experience in a wide variety of industries and applications ensure that the best system is designed, built and installed to meet your needs. The EDIS group will work with you to assess your needs and design an efficient system tailored to your budget and requirements.
